Professional disclosure

Estrategeos S.L. is not a regulated professional company under Article 1 of Spanish Law 2/2007 of 15 March on Professional Companies. Professional tax advisory services are delivered under the direct responsibility of the registered professional who signs them; the company acts as the contractual and commercial vehicle.

Purpose and scope

This website aims to provide information about the professional tax advisory services offered by Estrategeos S.L., to facilitate commercial contact with prospective clients through the /evaluation form, and to grant authenticated access to the client portal for ongoing case management.

This legal notice governs access to and use of the website. Mere browsing grants the user status and implies full and unreserved acceptance of this notice, as well as of the Privacy Policy, the Cookies Policy and the Terms of Service.

Terms of access and use

Access to the site is free of charge. Certain sections (client portal, case documents) require prior registration and are restricted to clients with a signed engagement letter.

The user undertakes to use the site in accordance with the law, this legal notice, good faith and public order. The following are expressly prohibited:

  • Reproduction, copying, distribution, transformation or public communication of the contents without express authorisation from the owner.
  • Introduction of viruses, trojans or any physical or electronic system that could damage the site or its systems.
  • Mass scraping, reverse engineering or any action intended to obtain information about clients or third parties.
  • Identity impersonation or submission of false data through the contact form.

Intellectual and industrial property

All website content (texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links, videos, graphic design and source code) is owned by Estrategeos S.L. or by third parties that have authorised its use. It is protected by Spanish law and by applicable international conventions.

The Estrategeos brand and associated distinctive signs are the property of Estrategeos S.L. Any use without prior written consent is prohibited.

Blog articles are available for personal and informational reading. Partial or full reproduction requires express source citation and prior authorisation for uses other than personal use.

Limitation of liability

Technical, tax and legal information published on the site (including the blog, sector guides and FAQs) is for information purposes and reflects the state of the law and administrative doctrine at the date of publication. It does not constitute personalised professional advice and does not replace the intervention of a tax advisor or lawyer for the user's specific case.

Estrategeos S.L. is not responsible for decisions or actions taken by the user based solely on the site's information without having previously contracted a professional advisory service. The professional relationship is formalised through an engagement letter signed by both parties; until then, no mandate or obligation of means exists.

Estrategeos S.L. will use its best efforts to keep the site operational and error-free but does not guarantee continued availability or the absence of interruptions due to maintenance, force majeure or causes beyond its control.

Data protection

The processing of personal data provided through the site is governed by the Privacy Policy, adopted in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

The use of own and third-party cookies is governed by the Cookies Policy, in accordance with Article 22.2 LSSI-CE and the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD) Cookies Guide in its current version.

Estrategeos S.L. reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the structure, presentation, contents and conditions of the site and of this legal notice. The version in force will be that published on this page at any given time, with express indication of the date of last update.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of the site, and except for mandatory consumer protection rules, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.

Users resident in Germany may direct claims in German to admin@estrategeos.com; jurisdiction remains in Madrid save for mandatory provisions of Regulation (EU) 1215/2012 (Brussels I bis) or consumer protection regulations.
